Acai Berry from Vitamin World?

Hello,

So I have read up on Acai and have decided to buy a bottle. I looked on Viatmin World’s website, and also on GNC. After doing this I found tons of different Acai products. From what I hear, the capsules are the best. Now, I can’t decide what brand to take in the capsule form. I mean, are they a horse a piece? As long as I grab a bottle of Acai capsules will that do?

I bought a bottle of Acai Berry, I noticed that my hair, nails and skin looked a lot better. But for the weight loss thing it didn’t do anything. And I do eat very healthy and excerize 1 hr and 30 minutes 4 days a week

Theres really a lot out there. Its difficult to pick so what I end up doing is starting with the less expensive and trying out several trials and measuring the results.I would check out the site at visit and see if it interests you, I did.

The capsules aren’t necessarily best, it depends.

The stuff needs to be processed quick, because the berries go off only 12 - 24 hours after they are picked. So it’s all turned into either freeze dried powder, or frozen berry pulp. Capsules, juices etc are then made from one or the other.

Be dead careful about buying any from a “free trial” website, because lots of them take your credit card details then bill you every month on an on-going basis. And it’s really hard to cancel.

I’ve bought mine from a health food shop in the UK, and from Amazon as well.
