   It could be a reaction to the two medications you were taking along with the Acai. Acai alone should be ok, since it is a fruit, however if you are allergic to the Acai fruit, then that could be an issue. Talk to your doctor to see if it is ok to take supplements along with the two meds you are taking. I am not familiar with lithium, however with prozac you should not take it on an empty stomach as there could be some side effects, again check with your doctor and always read the bottle on all your meds and supplements to see how they should be taken.
