   I take mine 2 x’s a day but I take Perfect Acai, it is organic and 100% pulp & skin acai no fillers.
   Let me tell you a little about myself, I am 50+, have arthritis in both knees, and am hypothyroid, and like you had the “one more can’t hurt” attitude. I saw results the first two weeks. In the first week I saw small changes, by week two I had lost 7 lbs. and was feeling so much more energetic. So quick results you should see.
